cupboards echo
prices are high

microwave popcorn
Hostess cupcake
let's feast -- eat, drink, be
merry -- tomorrow
tomorrow
tomorrow we'll die

house fly confetti
dancing on walls
methamphetamine
fine disco balls

tungsten-clad ceiling
festively cold
summer's revealing
its heart: fool's gold
